The data controller is TERNAECOM S.L., with Spanish tax ID (NIF) B93930774 and registered office at Calle Alemania 11, 03330 Crevillente (Alicante), Spain. For privacy enquiries and to exercise your rights, write to contact@qilorabrand.com.
2. Data that is processed
If you contact us by email: your email address, any name you provide, the message content and any documents you choose to send. Please provide only the information needed to handle your enquiry. The contact link opens your email application; this website has no form that stores your message.
When you browse: the services that deliver and protect the website receive technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested page and browser or device information. This is used to transmit content and manage security.
The website has no user registration and does not collect payment details. QILORA does not integrate behavioural advertising or browsing analytics tools on these pages.
To display the homepage in your language, we use the preference sent by your browser. If you choose a language using the selector, we store only its code in a cookie for 365 days. We do not use this preference for profiling or advertising.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering general enquiries: our legitimate interest in responding to communications you send us, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Handling requests about a purchase or a contractual relationship: pre-contractual steps requested by you or performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Delivering and protecting the website: our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and secure and preventing abusive access, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Displaying the language and remembering your selection: our legitimate interest in providing an understandable website and respecting your explicit preference, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Handling rights requests and legal requirements: compliance with legal obligations, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Contacting us is voluntary. Without the information needed to answer or identify an enquiry, we may be unable to deal with it. Sending a message does not subscribe you to advertising.
4. Retention
Communications are retained while an enquiry is being handled and followed up. Once it is closed, only information needed to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities is retained for the applicable limitation periods, with access restricted where required.
Technical data is retained for the time needed to provide the service, detect and resolve security incidents and comply with legal obligations. Infrastructure providers apply the retention criteria described in the policies linked below. The duration of security and language cookies is specified in the Cookie policy.
5. Providers and recipients
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure to host, distribute and protect its content. This provider receives the technical data needed to deliver its services.
We use Google Workspace to manage QILORA’s email. Google processes the data in those communications to provide the service.
Email and IT support providers and, where needed to handle an enquiry or obligation, professional advisers may access data related to the service they provide. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required.
6. Processing outside the European Economic Area
Infrastructure and email providers operate internationally and may process technical data and communications data in the United States and other countries. Their terms describe the adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses used for international transfers, depending on the destination and service.
Cloudflare states that it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers covered by its certification and on standard contractual clauses in other cases. You can consult the safeguards published by each provider using the links above, or ask us about those applicable to the service by writing to contact@qilorabrand.com.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. If any processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Write to contact@qilorabrand.com stating the right you wish to exercise, or send your request to the controller’s registered address. We will request additional identity information only where needed to verify that the request is yours.
We will generally respond within one month. If the complexity or number of requests requires a lawful extension, we will inform you within that first month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent data protection authority in your place of residence.
8. Automated decisions and updates
QILORA does not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on people visiting this website. Security tools may detect and block suspicious technical requests.
We will update this information when services or processing activities change. The date at the top identifies the current version. You can also consult the Legal notice and the Cookie policy.
