QILORA · Legal information
Cookie policy
What is stored in your browser when you visit QILORA and why it is used.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website can store on your device to remember information or enable certain features. Similar technologies also exist, such as browser local storage.
2. Cookies used
Security checks
If Cloudflare asks you to complete a security check and you pass it, it may store the following technical cookie. This cookie is not necessarily used on every visit:
- Name
cf_clearance- Provider
- Cloudflare
- Purpose
- Remember that you have passed a security check and avoid repeating it while the cookie remains valid.
- Duration
- 30 minutes after you pass the check, as configured for this website. Cloudflare may apply additional technical allowances when validating the cookie.
- Category
- Technical cookie, necessary for the security of the service.
Cloudflare information about how long this check remains valid.
Bot protection
When Cloudflare bot protection features are enabled, this provider may use the following technical cookie:
- Name
__cf_bm- Provider
- Cloudflare
- Purpose
- Detect automated traffic and protect the website against bots and abusive access.
- Duration
- Expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity, according to Cloudflare’s documentation.
- Category
- Technical cookie, necessary for the security of the service.
Cloudflare describes this cookie as separate for each website and not intended to track users across different websites. You can consult its security cookie documentation.
Language preference
- Name
qilora_language- Provider
- QILORA · TERNAECOM S.L.
- Purpose
- Remember the language you explicitly choose using the website’s selector.
- Duration
- 365 days from your most recent selection, or until you delete it in your browser.
- Category
- User-requested preference; not used for advertising or profiling.
This cookie is stored only when you use the language selector. Initial detection uses the language preference sent by your browser and does not save that automatic selection in a cookie. A direct link to an English, French or Italian version keeps the language of that link.
QILORA has not added advertising cookies, browsing analytics tools or browser local storage. Images and fonts are served from the website’s own infrastructure.
3. Consent
Cookies used exclusively for communication and strictly necessary technical functions are exempt from the prior consent requirement under Article 22.2 of Spain’s LSSI. The cookie remembering a language expressly chosen by the user is also exempt, provided that it is used only for that purpose.
If we add cookies that require consent, we will first provide information and options to accept, reject or configure them. You can consult the guidance of the AEPD in its cookie guide.
4. How to manage cookies
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy and site data settings. Blocking technical cookies may prevent a security check from completing or make access more difficult.
Private browsing does not necessarily prevent cookies from being used during the session.
You can change your language at any time in the header. If you delete the language cookie, your next visit to the general homepage will use your browser preference again.
5. Personal data and contact
Information about the controller, providers, international data processing and your rights is available in the Privacy policy. For enquiries, you can write to contact@qilorabrand.com.
